Businessman Levan Kacharava has been shot dead in Bagebi district of Tbilisi.

The businessman was 53 years old. Levan Kacharava was a co-founder of Silk Road Group. In addition, he founded the group of companies MULTIPLEX.

Investigation is ongoing under Articles 108 (premeditated murder) and 236 (illegal possession of firearms) of the Criminal Code. Law enforcers are mobilized at the scene.
