According to Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, if Russia decides to have direct flights to Georgia, he does not see a problem with this.
"There are no direct flights from Russia to Georgia, although Russian citizens usually come here. In addition, many of our compatriots live in different cities of Russia. If there is a decision from their side to have direct, I don't see anything wrong with it. What's the problem with people who don't like what's happening in Russia, what's happening in Ukraine, coming to Georgia? Citizens of not only Russia, but also Belarus. The most important thing is that up to a million of our citizens live in Russia," said Kakha Kaladze.
