In the case of the death of Marita Mefarishvili, on the basis of the ongoing investigation at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the conclusions of the engineering-technical examination, the Prosecutor's Office charged the former head of the City Hall's Environmental Protection Service with the fact of official indifference, which led to the loss of human life, while "Expertise, Construction, Design" specialist was charged with forging and using a fake official document. The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia disseminates information about this.

Also, three legal entities - "Greenservice +", "Expertise, Construction, Design" and "Mshenexpert" were charged in the mentioned criminal case.

According to the information of the investigation, the acceptance of the conclusions of the engineering and technical examination, together with the other evidences already in the case, unequivocally confirmed the guilt of the nine persons already arrested in the case.
