Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau has arrived in Georgia.
The head of the Polish Foreign Ministry was met by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia at the international airport in Tbilisi.
According to Teimuraz Janjalia, based on Georgia's foreign priorities, the visit of Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau and Poland's support are very important for Georgia.
"During the meetings, our strategic directions will be discussed, which is Georgia's integration into the European Union and NATO. We will provide the Polish Minister with complete information about the difficult situation in the occupied territory. We hope that another important partner country will continue to support Georgia both in the foreign policy direction and in terms of the territorial integrity of Georgia," said the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, within the framework of the visit, the Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs will hold a meeting with his Georgian counterpart Ilia Darchiashvili.
