The court declares Zurab Japaridze and his party member Nika Mosiashvili administrative offenders, fines them GEL 2,500 respectively

Girchi - More Freedom leader Zurab Japaridze and the party member Nika Mosiashvili were declared by the court as administrative offenders.

Judge Irakli Chikashua imposed an administrative fine of GEL 2,500 on Zurab Japaridze and Nika Mosiashvili respectively.

Zurab Japaridze and Nika Mosiashvili did not attend the trial.

For information, Zurab Japaridze was arrested on March 8, near the Parliament. He was accused of committing the actions stipulated by Articles 166 and 173 of the "Administrative Offenses Code", which means petty hooliganism and resisting the police.
