The Constitutional Court did not meet the request to suspend the law "On Transparency of Foreign Influence", however, it recognized the lawsuits as admissible for consideration

The Constitutional Court of Georgia did not satisfy the request to suspend the law "On transparency of foreign influence".

In addition, the court recognized the submitted lawsuits as partially admissible, which means that their substantive discussions will begin."The petition of the claimant party, pending the final decision on the case, to suspend the validity of the disputed norms" - it is written in the decision of the Constitutional Court.

It is also mentioned that the dissenting opinion of judges Giorgi Kverenchkhiladze and Teimuraz Tughushi should be attached to the record of the minutes regarding the non-satisfaction of the claimant's petition on the suspension of the disputed norms.
