Speaking on the same topic, Kirtskhalia explained that this is a dry pre-election statement from Borrell based on lies.

"A pre-election statement is made that is completely inadequate, completely inconsistent with reality, completely destructive to the country, based on lies, which is emphasized by all the studies and reports prepared by the most serious and authoritative international organizations. When you come out and compare Moldova in democracy and in any direction to Georgia and say that it is dark in Georgia and there is light in Moldova and there is a beacon of democracy, how can we evaluate such an insulting statement.
