Cases of physical confrontation, threats, and violence were recorded in 38 precincts - unauthorized persons were present in 139 precincts, Londa Toloraia, the founder of "Your Voice to the European Union", said at a briefing.

According to her, the election process is taking place against the background of physical violence and pressure on observers and media representatives, interference in the implementation of observation, as well as violation of the secrecy of voting, non-fulfillment of the obligation to mark and substantial violation of the voter verification process.

According to Toloraia, the increasing trend of election violations was also evident in Samegrelo and Tbilisi.

"By 16:00, we had received information from 1,227 districts. According to the information provided by the "My Voice" observers, in the period from 11:00 to 15:00, the marking procedure was violated, and votes were cast without marking in 70 precincts. Voting secrecy was violated in 47 precincts, unauthorized persons were present in 139 precincts, cases of physical confrontation, threats, and violence were also recorded in 38 precincts. At those polling stations, where voting is conducted using electronic technologies, various types of errors related to electronic technologies were detected in 133 stations, and in 92 stations, the electronic procedures were not clear and understandable for the voters, due to which the voting process was delayed. Also, through the verification machine, voter verification violations were detected in 11 precincts and our observers were prevented from observing in 61 precincts," Toloraia said.
