Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will not represent the European Union during his visit to Georgia, - according to Agence France-Presse, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security, Josep Borrell, said this in an interview with the Spanish public radio RNE.

"Whatever Mr. Orban says during his visit to Georgia, he does not represent the European Union. "The president elected by the rotation of the Union has no authority in foreign policy," Borel said.
