Kakha Kaladze: All obligations on the road to European integration will be fulfilled - if we have achieved any success on this road, everything is related to the period when "Georgian Dream" was in power

All obligations on the path of European integration will be fulfilled. If we have achieved any success on the way to the European Union, everything is related to the period after 2012, the period when "Georgian Dream" was in power, the mayor of the capital, Kakha Kaladze, said at the meeting of the Tbilisi government.

In addition, he thanked the voters who, according to him, made a choice for the peaceful development of the country.

"I would like to congratulate the population of Georgia on the successful completion of the parliamentary elections, which took place in a peaceful situation. All political parties had the opportunity to conduct election campaigns. The main thing is that the elections were held in a stable and democratic environment. We also heard the assessment of OSCE/ODIHR, which said that the elections were competitive, multi-party, all political forces had the opportunity to campaign.

After 2012, I don't remember such support. During the election campaign, we felt the support of the people. Support is the guarantee that we will successfully overcome all challenges. Economic development and progress will continue. All obligations on the path of European integration will be fulfilled. Even here, if we have achieved any success on the way to the European Union, everything is related to the period after 2012 and the period when "Georgian Dream" was in power", said Kaladze.
