According to the decision of the Tetritskaro district court, the election results of about 30 precincts in Tsalka and Tetritskaro municipalities were annulled.
Judge Vladimer Khuchua made the relevant decision.
As he told "InterpressNews", during the simulation of voting in the meeting hall today, the court confirmed that the secrecy of the voter's will was violated during voting.
"Everything requested by the non-governmental organizations was cancelled. There were about 30 polling stations. The court confirmed that confidentiality was violated," the judge told "InterpressNews".
