In addition, the judge explained that the court requested the evidence on its own initiative and the parties did not file a motion on this.

Also, the most noticeable thing about the process is the fact that there may be some flaws in the election process and in general, in the legislation, which require more refinement. We should try our best to eliminate all this. This case deals with very important issues - this is our right to vote, this is the decision of our future, and therefore the court believes that in this case there was a factual basis, which is that the mechanisms listed above did not allow the possibility to exclude anonymity, and there was also a legal basis, since the Constitution of Georgia, international agreements, election legislation provide a guarantee to the citizen of Georgia that his right to vote will be protected and the confidentiality of his expression of the will of the election will be guaranteed.
