An action has been announced near the Court of Appeal, therefore the police have been mobilized to ensure public order, Vazha Siradze, director of the patrol police department, told reporters.
According to him, blocking the court and obstructing its functioning is prohibited by law, therefore, if something like this happens, the police will call on the participants of the rally to obey the law.

Regarding the number of police, we personally make a decision and sometimes they are deployed as needed. There is a courthouse, proceedings are underway and to prevent the situation from escalating and causing tension, police officers will be on the scene to ensure that the trial proceeds peacefully.
Blocking of courts and other strategic facilities and delaying their functioning is prohibited by law. Therefore, if something like this happens, the police will call them to obey the law," said Vazha Siradze.
A protest action of opposition parties and citizens is taking place near the Tbilisi Court of Appeal.
