Giorgi Rurua will not come to the State Security Service for questioning

Giorgi Rurua, one of the founders of "Mtavari Arkhi", did not come to the State Security Service for questioning. Rurua's lawyer Dimitri Sadzaglishvili told "InterpressNews" about this.

As the agency told "InterpressNews", Rurua has been summoned to the State Security Service as a witness, under the first part of Article 315 and the first part of Article 323 of the Criminal Code, as part of the current investigation, which implies conspiracy and terrorism.
