According to the head of the Association of Young Lawyers of Georgia, Nona Qurdovanidze, in the Court of Appeal, the consideration of lawsuits related to the violation of secrecy of votes during the parliamentary elections continued throughout the night and the process is still ongoing.
As Qurdovanidze explains to "InterpressNews", GYLA made several motions to postpone the case, to divide it, to remove the judges, but it was not satisfied.
"There were several technical breaks. Now the process is at the stage of clarifications," Qurdovanidze notes.
For information, the review of lawsuits related to the violation of secrecy of votes in the Court of Appeal began yesterday. The Court of Appeal consolidated 12 cases of GYLA and the "My Voice" coalition.
