Nino Dolidze: The number of male voters who came to some precincts is more than the number of men registered in the list in the same precinct, which indicates manipulation

Director of ISFED, Nino Dolidze, together with his team held a briefing regarding the October 26 parliamentary elections, where she focused on the number of voters based on gender.

According to her, there are election precincts where the turnout of men is higher than the number of male voters on the electoral roll registered in the precinct.

"When we observed the number of voters in the October 26 parliamentary elections, we identified a noteworthy trend regarding the gender issue.

We applied to the CEC and requested information regarding the number of voters, by women and men.

The primary analysis of the provided information revealed that the number of female and male voter turnouts in certain precincts deviated from the normal distribution and contained outliers or unnatural characteristics. For example, in 62 polling stations, the number of male voters from the registered list was up to 80-100%, and 57% of women.

In addition, in some precincts, facts were revealed when voter turnout is equal to the theoretical indicator, the number of male voters who came to some precincts is greater than the number of men registered in the list in the same precinct, which, if valid, indicates manipulation in the precincts.

Also, it was revealed that the difference in the indicators of male and female voter activity from the single list at 275 polling stations is higher than 20 percentage points. We have 23 election precincts where the turnout of male voters exceeds the number of men on the voter list," said Nino Dolidze.
