According to the head of the legal department of the Central Election Commission, Giorgi Santuriani, a total of 1201 complaints were submitted to the district election commissions, of which 167 were partially satisfied or satisfied, 917 were not satisfied, and 107 complaints remained unconsidered.

As Santuriani stated at the press conference, 290 members of the Precinct Election Commission were charged with disciplinary responsibility. In addition, according to him, the results of 427 precinct election commissions were recalculated, although this did not make any significant changes in the final results.

"In total, 1,201 complaints were submitted to district election commissions on the day of voting, 537 of which were related to invalidating or recounting the results of the precinct election commission. 466 complaints were submitted with a request to impose disciplinary responsibility, and 47 without a request, such complaints where no request was recorded. The number of such complaints, where there was a request for an appropriate response or a request to take appropriate action, was 151. Of the submitted complaints, a total of 167 were partially satisfied or satisfied. 917 were not satisfied, 107 complaints remained unconsidered, which is 8.9% of the total of submitted complaints. Yes. Complaints were filed in 3 cases, and at this stage only 10 complaints are under review, which do not concern the results of the voting, or are not directly related to the results and concern the preparation of the protocol of an administrative offense, the review period of which is 10 days, and an appropriate decision will be made.

It is important that as a result of the submitted complaints and as a result of the decision, 290 members of the Precinct Election Commission were charged with disciplinary responsibility and the results of 12 portable ballot boxes were annulled based on their own initiative. Related complaints were also submitted regarding their part. Also, on the basis of own initiative, the results of 12 precinct election commissions were recalculated, regarding some of which relevant complaints were also presented.

As a whole, the results of 427 precinct election commissions were recalculated based on the grounds stipulated by the law, and as a whole, the results of the re-counting did not make any significant changes in the final results. Overall, it can be said that the changes are insignificant.

At the same time, it is important to present the relevant information, how many complaints were submitted in connection with the preparation of the administrative offense protocol. This refers to complaints related to the possible violation of existing rules regarding agitation or the use of administrative resources. A total of 114 complaints were submitted. The largest part of them was related to agitation through social networks. In total, the number of such complaints was 65, and as a result of the discussions, 12 protocols of administrative offenses were drawn up, which were sent and delivered to the courts.

Overall, the decisions taken were subsequently appealed to the General Courts and the General Courts, in particular, the disputes in the Courts of First Instance are fully concluded, as far as the Courts of Appeal are concerned, as far as we know, only one case has been scheduled today. We have no information about the result yet. Therefore, both in the election administration and in the general courts, in fact, the discussion of election disputes has been completely completed", said Giorgi Santuriani, the head of the legal department of the CEC.
