Giorgi Sioridze: During the whole 8 hours in the CEC, it was as if the truth was being established, when they knew everything in advance

No one doubted that they would do everything in order to achieve the result that happened - for the whole eight hours, it was as if the truth was being established, while everything was known to them in advance, - Giorgi Sioridze, the representative of "Strong Georgia" in the CEC, told the CEC about this.

According to him, the principle of secrecy was massively violated on the election day.

"If a different decision had been made here, it would have been an admission of great responsibility for the CEC. No one doubted that they would do everything to achieve the result that was achieved. Therefore, for the whole eight hours, it was as if the truth was being established, while everything was already known to them. In particular, all those persons who made the decision and supported the dismissal of the complaints knew exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do. They tried to make it a decorative process. Naturally, there is only one possible truth here, that the principle of secrecy is massively violated in 2263 precincts, where 90% of Georgia's voters are.

Violation of the principle of confidentiality is obvious. Given that this problem was uniform, a few cases are enough to talk about its mass and debilitating effect", said Sioridze.

For information, the CEC Commission did not satisfy the complaints of "Young Lawyers Association of Georgia", "Unity - National Movement" and "Strong Georgia" regarding the annulment of the summary protocols of the District Election Commission.
