We demand to interrogate the members of the District Election Commission as witnesses, we want to interrogate more than 56 witnesses at the court today. We also demand the questioning of experts and specialists regarding the audit report, because all three audit reports are very vague and leave many question marks, Tamar Kordzaia, one of the leaders of the United National Movement, said about this.
According to her, several motions will be presented today at the session in the city court.
"First of all, we demand to question the members of the District Election Commission as witnesses, we want to question more than 56 witnesses at the court today. We also request the questioning of experts and specialists regarding the audit report, because all three audit reports are very vague, leave many question marks and cannot withstand any criticism at all.
We further request a reexamination of the evidence on the secrecy of the vote, as the appellate court did not reconstruct the full picture of the voting procedure and the protection of secrecy. In addition, we request the CEC to present additional evidence, because we had the information requested by the statements and the CEC did not provide us with anything, therefore we filed a petition with the court, for example, with which organization the agreements were signed regarding the printing of ballots, documents confirming the acceptance-handover act, etc. What the CEC does not provide us and we put it before the court in the form of a petition, but we already see one thing that the court made a decision and did not instruct the CEC to present any documents, which means that we have no hope of making a fair decision in this court, but we are obliged We are here to fight until the end", said Tamar Kordzaia.
