The questioning of one of the leaders of "Strong Georgia", Badri Japaridze, in the presence of Magistrate Judge, in the case of possible election fraud, ended in the Tbilisi City Court.
As Japaridze stated after the interrogation, he provided the prosecutor's office with information on the violations during the elections. However, as he states, it is the duty of the prosecutor's office to conduct a proper investigation and collect evidence.

Also, I provided information that I was an eyewitness when the observer was kicked out of the neighborhood and he said that he was touched and physically assaulted," Japaridze says.
