Kakha Kaladze: Let's not divide the society into minorities, there is no minority, we are all the same - who likes who and who has what orientation, this is his right, but he should leave it to himself

Let's not divide the society into minorities - there is no minority, we are all the same - who likes who and who has what orientation, this is his right, but to leave it to himself, - General Secretary of "Georgian Dream", Kakha Kaladze told journalists.

According to him, everyone's rights are protected in this country regardless of their religion and even sexual orientation.

"A lot of things will change, Donald Trump, who has conservative values, won in America, and let's wait. Many things will change in different directions. Regarding the aforementioned law ["On Family Values and Protection of Minors"], we are against LGBT propaganda in the country, both among teenagers and children, which is categorically unacceptable. In this country, everyone's rights are protected regardless of their religion and even sexual orientation. It doesn't matter, we are all normal people and everyone's rights are protected. Who walks with whom, how and in what form, this is their right - to be as they want, this is not a subject of our judgment. The most important thing is that they have their own identity," Kaladze said.

Speaking on the same topic, Kaladze noted that "everyone should keep their personal life to themselves."

"We are not talking only about children and toddlers here. In general, we are talking about society. We do not enter into anyone's lifestyle and we are not going to judge anyone, who sleeps with whom and how - this is not our business. Neither I nor the government care at all. Everyone should keep their personal lives to themselves.

Let's not divide society into minorities. What minority are we talking about? There is no minority - we are all the same. We have two colors, two hands. Who likes who and who has what orientation, this is his right, but he should leave it to himself", said Kakha Kaladze.
