Natia Mezvrishvili: The CEC, the Prosecutor's Office and the court are trying to destroy crucial evidence - the list of verified voters and the information in the voting machines are taken hostage

The CEC, the Prosecutor's Office and the court are trying to destroy the crucial evidence in an organized manner - the list of verified voters and the information in the voting machines are taken hostage, - Natia Mezvrishvili, one of the leaders of the "Gakharia for Georgia" party, said at a briefing.

According to her, the evidence, which is not made public, could confirm or deny election fraud in the shortest period of time.

"The prosecutor's office has confirmed what we said, that the most important evidence of election fraud - the list of verified voters and the information in the voting machines - has been taken hostage.

The CEC, the Prosecutor's Office and the court are trying to destroy crucial evidence in an organized manner. No other name can be given to the hiding of evidence for 17 days and their kidnapping by the prosecutor's office, which has not yet investigated any serious election crime, at the behest of the CEC.

This evidence could prove or disprove election fraud and end the political crisis in no time. As soon as we requested it, on October 29, the Prosecutor's Office started a fake investigation on October 30, on the instructions of the CEC. And as soon as we applied to the court on November 1 with the request for urgent protection of the evidence, the prosecutor's office seized the evidence in the CEC on November 1.

The court refused to consider the lawsuit on the grounds that the evidence was taken by the prosecutor's office.

The qualifications of the investigation carried out by the Prosecutor's Office and the questions asked during the interrogation by the Magistrate Judge clearly confirm that the Prosecutor's Office has no interest in objectively investigating the systematic fraud of the elections. The purpose of "Dream" is to use its obedient institutions - CEC, Prosecutor's Office and the court - to establish that the election was not rigged and in this way to try to gain false legitimacy.

"We will do everything to make the attempt to destroy these evidences a sufficient basis for recognizing the falsified elections as illegitimate," said Mezvrishvili.
