A verbal confrontation took place between the Chairman of the CEC, Giorgi Kalandarishvili, and Davit Kirtadze, the representative of "Unity - National Movement" in the CEC.
After Kirtadze did not continue his speech at the session, he allegedly sprayed Giorgi Kalandarishvili with black paint.
"You have run out of the two minutes stipulated by the regulation, where is it to finish you? This speech of yours is not related to the summary protocol. What are you doing here, don't you think you're on the street? I do not let you finish your speech! Get out of here and have a good time!" - said Kalandarishvili.
"If you wanted to comply with the regulations, you would have to comply with something else. You are a shame, a shame of our country, a black spot of our country. I told you what is your real face, this black spot" - said Kirtadze to Kalandarishvili and probably smeared it with paint.
