Aslan Bzhania agreed to start negotiations with the opposition

The so-called president of occupied Abkhazia, Aslan Bzhania, agreed to create a delegation and start negotiations between the "government" and the opposition at a meeting with a group of "deputies".

The Russian media disseminates the information based on the so-called press office of the president.

According to their information, the creation of the delegation should be done today by 18:00.

"A meeting was held between President Aslan Bzhania and a group of parliament deputies. They discussed the current situation in the country. A decision was made to create delegations and start negotiations between the opposition and the government no later than 6:00 p.m.," the statement said.

Let us remind you that the confrontation between the so-called government of occupied Abkhazia and the opposition started due to the investment agreement with Russia, which provides for the construction of apartments in occupied Abkhazia. The so-called parliament was supposed to ratify the "document" on November 15, however, the discussion of the issue was postponed due to the start of protests. Opposition supporters occupied the so-called government buildings in Sokhumi, including the so-called presidential administration, and demanded the resignation of Aslan Bzhania.
