Today, November 24, at 9:00 PM, we will gather at Republic Square, from where we will march to the Parliament of Georgia - we will pass in front of the Parliament, where we will pitch tents and where we intend to stay all night, - Giorgi Vashadze, one of the leaders of the "Unity - National Movement", stated.
According to him, people from the regions will also join them in today's march. In addition, a car march will be held in parallel with the march, which will last for 2 hours.
"Today, November 24, at 9:00 PM, we will gather at Republic Square, from where we will march to the Parliament of Georgia. People from the regions will join us in parallel. Western Georgia will gather at Republic Square, and Eastern Georgia at Freedom Square.
In parallel with our march, a car march will be held throughout the city, which will last for about 2 hours. We will march in front of the Parliament, where we will set up tents and where we intend to stay all night. In order to once again make the self-proclaimed "Georgian Dream" hear that any gathering they plan tomorrow has nothing to do with the law, the Constitution, Georgia and the Parliament. This will be a gathering of self-proclaimed people, which will have no legitimacy or recognition from our side," said Giorgi Vashadze.
Vashadze called on citizens to declare November 25 a day off and join the rally in front of the Parliament during the day.
"Therefore, I humbly ask you to come to Republic Square today at 9:00 PM so that we can block the march together. Second, I humbly ask you to declare November 25 a day off - resign from your jobs, take a vacation, and join us in the ongoing protest throughout the day, which will be continuous, starting at 9:00 PM, when the march will start from Republic Square," said Giorgi Vashadze.
