"Denmark is concerned about reports of excessive use of force against pro-European demonstrators and journalists in Georgia," Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen said.

"Denmark is concerned about reports of excessive use of force against pro-European demonstrators and journalists in Georgia. Denmark firmly stands by the Georgian people. Their democratic and fundamental rights must be protected," the statement said.
