Certain groups of individuals are attempting to organize provocations during the ongoing rallies near the Georgian Parliament, which are aimed at developing destructive and violent scenarios, by leaders of specific political parties and heads of non-governmental organizations, whose main goal is to violently seize power, - this is stated in a statement issued by the State Security Service.

The State Security Swrvice calls on individuals participating in the protests to "exercise caution and not become participants in the planned provocation, intentionally or unintentionally."

The statement notes that the agency is closely monitoring the events within the framework of the ongoing investigation into the case of the violent overthrow of the government and states that the implementation of destructive actions will be considered within the framework of the current case.

“The events that have developed in the country in recent days have shown that the planned destructive processes will be carried out in accordance with the factual circumstances obtained through the investigation of the case of the violent overthrow of the government by the State Security Service, about which we have repeatedly informed the public in advance.

Regarding the criminal scenario of the violent overthrow of the government and its implementation, we have repeatedly shared with the public part of the evidence attached to the case, which was obtained through a number of investigative actions conducted on the case, including the questioning of witnesses.
