Giorgi Kakhiani: I am sure that visa liberalization will not be affected by any sanctions - if someone thinks to impose individual sanctions, it is not a problem

I am sure that visa liberalization will not be affected by any sanctions - if someone thinks to impose individual sanctions, this is not a problem, - Georgian Dream MP Giorgi Kakhiani told journalists.

According to him, any decision regarding sanctions will be unfair.

"We hear endless threats about sanctions. I can say that what is important for the population, such as visa liberalization, I am sure, will not be affected by any sanctions. If someone thinks to impose individual sanctions, that is not a problem. We have been told many times that any representative of "Georgian Dream" who serves the interests of his country, if he is personally punished because of this, it will not be a problem for us. The main thing is that this will not affect the population, and we do not expect any sanctions from this point of view. Let's wait for the decision of the relevant structures, but it must be said that any decision regarding sanctions will be unfair", said Giorgi Kakhian.
