According to him, the persons who met near the car looked like "Titushkas" and he can recognize them.
"I can recognize them, there are also cameras on the road where they passed and they will be recorded, they did not wear masks. My neighbors were not, they were aggressive, they resembled the so-called "titushkas".
I don't know, maybe all this happened by accident, but they were standing by the car", said Paata Manjgaladze.
