According to the amendments made to the Constitution of Georgia, the members of the representative body of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, elected in 1991, were given the vote of the presidential electoral college (out of 300 members). Which does not give you the legal right to participate in the presidential elections appointed by the illegitimate parliament.

We remind you that the results of the parliamentary elections held with fundamental violations on October 26, 2024 were not recognized by any democratic state, the European Union, as well as the strategic partnership agreement was suspended by the USA, which guarantees the territorial integrity of Georgia and the policy of non-recognition.

Therefore, the community displaced from Abkhazia urges you to stand on the right side of history, not to participate in the farce set up by the de facto government, to separate yourself from these illegal processes.

Your participation in the illegitimate elections of the "commander-in-chief" of the country will cause the fundamental discrediting of the already discredited institutions of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia.
