The MEPs came to the rally on Rustaveli Avenue.

Dutch MEP, Reinier van Lanschot; MEP Michał Szczerba (Poland); MEP Tobias Cremer (Germany); Lithuanian MEP Rasa Juknevičienė and MEP Sergey Lagodinsky (Germany) joined the people gathered near the parliament.

Citizens met the diplomats with applause and ovations during the procession.

There were also shouts: "Georgia, Georgia!".

For information, citizens are protesting the decision of "Georgian Dream" on November 28, according to which Georgia will not put the issue of opening negotiations with the European Union on the agenda until the end of 2028. Their demand is unchanged - to schedule re-elections and release the citizens arrested during the protest. Protests are ongoing in the capital and several cities of the country.
