Giorgi Nakashidze, the actor who was given administrative responsibility, was recognized by the court as an administrative offender.
According to the decision of Tbilisi City Court judge Nino Enukidze, Giorgi Nakashidze was fined 2000 GEL. With the said decision, the judge stopped the administrative proceedings for petty hooliganism and acquitted him, however, he recognized him as a violation of the law for disobeying the policeman.
At today's session, two police officers and actor, director Zura Getsadze were interrogated.
Film and theater actors, directors and artists attended the trial. Among them, the director Keti Dolidze is present in the court in support of Giorgi Nakashidze.
Giorgi Nakashidze was arrested on December 3, on Rustaveli Avenue. He was accused of committing actions under Articles 166 and 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which implies petty hooliganism and disobedience to the police.
