Germany is preparing sanctions against the government of Georgia at the level of the European Union and is working on "Plan B" in case of blocking by Hungary. Information about this is reported by the German publication Spiegel based on sources.

The media writes that the corresponding initiative will be announced on December 16 at the meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs of the EU member states.
