The leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, congratulates Mikheil Kavelashvili on his election to the presidency by the electoral college.
"I am confident that the restoration of fruitful and constructive relations between our countries will contribute to the further strengthening of bilateral relations between Belarus and Georgia. I wish you health, successful implementation of your plans, and new achievements for the welfare of your homeland," Lukashenko's congratulatory message reads.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev states that he is confident that, together with Mikheil Kavelashvili, they will further strengthen and expand intergovernmental relations and strategic partnership through joint efforts.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić also congratulates Mikheil Kavelashvili on his election as President.
