The court found actor Giorgi Bakhutashvili guilty of an administrative offense, but he was exempted from administrative responsibility and was given a verbal warning

At the rally, Giorgi Bakhutashvili attempted to assist a citizen who was unconscious and being dragged by the police. He stated that he asked the police not to detain the person in such a condition.

"I categorically disagree with the accusation. I arrived at the rally quite late, around 30 minutes past midnight. I didn’t hear any calls from the police. The only interaction I had with the police was when they were dragging an unconscious person, who was collapsing on the road, and I begged them not to detain him because of his condition. I didn’t block the road or engage physically. I only made a request. At that point, I heard cursing from behind. Something hit me, probably a truncheon, and I was pushed aside by the police," Giorgi Bakhutashvili said.

It is worth noting that Giorgi Bakhutashvili is accused of violating articles 166 and 173 of the Administrative Offenses Code, which concern petty hooliganism and disobedience to the police.
