A session is underway at the Tbilisi City Council, where Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze will present the annual report of the capital's city hall.
In addition, the 2025 budget of the capital will also be discussed for approval at the session.
The session is chaired by the chairman of the city council, Giorgi Tkemaladze.
The chairman of the City Council also spoke about the boycott of opposition members and noted that not only this year, but for 8 years, the opposition colleagues have not supported any budget.
“They have not taken responsibility when making any important decisions. This once again confirms that this is their agenda and they continue to be in a boycott mode,” Tkemaladze said.
The United National Movement and Gakharia for Georgia party are not attending the session as a sign of protest.
