The court hearing for Zviad Tsetskhladze and seven others detained on charges of organizing group violence during the protests near Parliament will take place on January 11.

The session is scheduled for 10:00 AM at Tbilisi City Court.

At this hearing, the court will review the pretrial detention measures for the accused: Zviad Tsetskhladze, Vefkhia Kasradze, Vasil Kadzelashvili, Giorgi Gorgadze, Irakli Miminoshvili, Insaf Aliyev, Tornike Goshadze, and Nikoloz Javakhishvili.

Three of the accused—Zviad Tsetskhladze, Vefkhia Kasradze, and Vasil Kadzelashvili—are charged with organizing and leading group violence, carrying potential sentences of 6 to 9 years of imprisonment.

The remaining five—Giorgi Gorgadze, Irakli Miminoshvili, Insaf Aliyev, Tornike Goshadze, and Nikoloz Javakhishvili—are accused of participating in group violence and face potential sentences of 4 to 6 years of imprisonment.
