Kakha Kaladze on Gakharia: This is a trend of deliberate insults by radicals - We must end this fascism

“This is a trend by radicals, deliberate insults directed at individuals,” said Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze in response to the incident in Batumi involving opposition politician and leader of "For Georgia," Giorgi Gakharia.

“What happened is very unfortunate. Everyone saw it. We’ve witnessed numerous provocations over the past days. This is a pattern of deliberate insults by radicals. We must put an end to this fascism,” stated Kakha Kaladze.

Additionally, he noted that opposition statements about the incident are not truthful.

“The opposition talks about everything except the truth. They are completely uninterested in the truth. Their agenda is based solely on lies and deceit. That is their political strategy, the essence of the agenda upheld by the ruined, discredited opposition,” Kaladze remarked, as quoted by his press office.
