The protest has resumed in front of Parliament: Rustaveli Avenue is blocked

The protest on Rustaveli Avenue has resumed. Protesters gathered in front of Parliament were joined by participants who had held a demonstration near Tbilisi State University.

The rally in support of Zviad Tsetskhladze, founder of the "Dapioni" movement, began at TSU, then moved to Heroes' Square, where they were joined by protesters who had demonstrated near the Public Broadcaster.

The demands of the protesters include the release of those detained during the protests and the scheduling of new elections.
