Journalists in Kutaisi expressed solidarity with the detained Mirian Berulava

In Kutaisi, journalists held a solidarity rally.

Media representatives gathered in support of detained journalist and civil activist Mirian Berulava.

According to them, their colleague has been unfairly arrested, and they demand his immediate release.

"He was arrested for saying, 'I don’t trust the system,' which is unimaginable. Tens of thousands of people are in the streets precisely because they don't trust the system. Mirian Berulava is an honest person, and we do not believe that he insulted the police. That is why we have gathered—to express solidarity with Mirian and all detainees," the journalists stated.
