Zurab Japaridze : They are doing everything to suppress the protest, they are adopting draconian laws just like what happened in Russia, but this country will not become Russia

Zurab "Gichi" Japaridze - These protests will continue until we win - no matter how many they arrest - this will not stop, it's impossible, this country will not become Russia. This is what one of the leaders of the "Coalition for Changes," Zurab Gichi Japaridze, said during the protest march in an interview with "InterpressNews."

He stated that the "Georgian Dream" is adopting "draconian laws" just like what happened in Russia.

"These protests will continue until we win - no matter how many they arrest. They [‘Georgian Dream’] are doing everything to suppress the protest. Does this require legislative changes? - That's what they are doing. They are adopting some draconian laws just like it happened in Russia. They are copying everything one to one. Nobody is afraid of them. This will not stop, it's impossible. This country will not become Russia," Japaridze said.
