Nika Gvaramia: Nika Melia will likely be indicted tomorrow as his immunity is being lifted – We know who we are fighting against and are ready to be in prison if necessary

"The leaders of our coalition, including Nika Melia, will most likely be indicted tomorrow, as they are lifting his immunity," said Nika Gvaramia, leader of the "Coalition for Change," who was visiting detainees at the Tbilisi Main Police Department.

According to Gvaramia, over the past month, half of the members of the "Coalition for Change" have been imprisoned.

"As you know, immunity is being lifted from the three parties, except for Gakharia’s party. I don't have immunity, but for the others, especially Nika Melia, since we saw he was detained, and other leaders of our coalition as well, they will be indicted tomorrow.

Half of the members of my party have been in prison during these months, some administratively, others through criminal charges. In fact, all the leaders have been in prison over the past month. Right now, it's only Dima [Dimitri Bidzinashvili]. We understand what this fight is about, we know who we are fighting against, and we are ready to be in prison if necessary," Gvaramia stated.
