The court has set a 5,000 GEL bail for the Executive Director of IDFI, Giorgi Kldiashvili

The Tbilisi City Court found Giorgi Kldiashvili, the Executive Director of IDFI, guilty of an administrative offense and imposed a 5,000 GEL bail. He was charged by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for an administrative violation, specifically for blocking Rustaveli Avenue during the protest on January 4.

The case was heard by Judge Nino Enukidze.

According to Giorgi Kldiashvili, the evidence presented by the MIA does not prove the alleged fact, and therefore, the charge against him is unjust.
