The leader of "Strategy Aghmashenebeli," Giorgi Vashadze, stated that the opposition must counter the campaign of "Georgian Dream" with a unified strategy and action plan.
As he told journalists before the meeting with Georgia’s fifth president, Salome Zourabichvili, at this stage, greater unity and consolidation among parties are fundamentally important.
"We are at a new stage. At this point, it is fundamentally important to have more unity, more consolidation, and a common action plan. On the international stage, where we present a united position, we are achieving significant results. Now, we need to counter the inadequate initiatives of 'Georgian Dream,' which serve no other purpose than to intimidate and weaken the people while demonstrating their power. We must respond with unity and standing together, which is exactly what people demand. This means a unified headquarters, coordinated actions, and a joint information strategy.
We are in the midst of an information war waged by 'Georgian Dream,' and we must counter it with a unified strategy and action plan. That is my position, and I will discuss it at the meeting. Every step taken by 'Georgian Dream' serves a single purpose—to strengthen their fragile unity while weakening and dividing us, making us question our numbers and strength. We must respond with unity. Our strong, united stance will ultimately break this process.
Why are they engaging in so much madness all at once? Because they are becoming weaker, and with these extreme actions, they are trying to create an illusion of strength when, in reality, they are growing weaker by the day. Our ultimate goal is to dismantle this oppressive system from within," said Vashadze.
