The Temporary Investigative Commission on "Examining the Activities of the Regime and Its Political Officials from 2003 to 2012" will hold its first session tomorrow

The temporary investigative commission, initiated by "Georgian Dream" and tasked with examining the activities of the regime and its political officials from 2003 to 2012, will hold its first session tomorrow.

The first session of the temporary investigative commission will be organizational in nature. During the meeting, the commission will elect its chairperson, appoint its secretary, and approve the commission’s statute.

The "Georgian Dream" faction has nominated Tea Tsulukiani, Aleksandre Tabatadze, Tengiz Sharmanashvili, Aluda Gudushauri, and Paata Salia as members of the commission.

As part of the parliamentary opposition, the commission will also include "People's Power" members Sozar Subari and Guram Macharashvili, as well as Ilia Injia from "European Socialists."

The investigative commission is composed of ten members in total. Two positions remain vacant and are reserved for members of the "For Georgia" party.

According to available information, the commission will operate for six months.
