On February 15 at 18:00, a protest march titled "Our Choice: Either Freedom or Russian Dictatorship!" will take place in all major cities of Georgia. Representatives of various non-governmental organizations announced this during a joint briefing.

The organizers of the march are calling on citizens to protest against ongoing events in the country, which they claim are being carried out according to a "Russian scenario" and restrict freedom of speech.

According to Eka Gigauri, Executive Director of Transparency International Georgia, in Tbilisi, the march will start from Europe Square and continue toward Freedom Square.

"The goal is to once again tell the government that we do not accept the dictatorial regime they have established. We do not accept the arrests that have taken place in recent months. We do not accept torture, inhumane treatment, or the draconian laws they are adopting. We, as representatives of the NGO sector, will be there at Europe Square, and together with everyone, we will once again tell the ruling party that we do not accept their actions. We are not afraid, and we will continue the fight," Gigauri stated.

For reference, a protest rally is planned in the capital on February 15 with the participation of civil groups, the NGO sector, and citizens.
