Actor Bacho Kajaia : I sincerely feel sorry for the judge, because the people who have to say that white is black are dying inside - Watching this is very hard

The judge is truly, sincerely pitied, because the people who have to say that white is black die inside, – said actor Bacho Kajaia in an interview with "InterpressNews" after the court session, where he was fined 5,000 GEL.

Kajaia stated that he would have wished for the judge to be relieved of the burden that many people were forced to impose on them.

"We had evidence that we reached a blocked road.

As for the judge's assessment, I sincerely feel sorry for them, because the people who have to say that white is black die inside. Watching this death is very difficult. I truly wish for this burden, which I am sure many others, not just me and Ana [Tkebuchava], have been forced to carry, to be lifted. I offer my condolences to them," said Bacho Kajaia.

To remind, actors Bacho Kajaia and Ana Tkebuchava were found guilty of administrative violations and fined 5,000 GEL. They were accused of committing an act under the fourth part of Article 174¹ of the Administrative Offenses Code, specifically for being present at a protest on January 9th on Rustaveli Avenue, and artificially blocking the road at a time when there were not enough people for such an action.
