Siv Mossleth: We were part of the election observation mission in Georgia and we are deeply concerned about the situation there - we condemn the use of brute force by the police and security forces

Colleagues, many of us were part of the election observation mission in Georgia in October. We are deeply concerned about the situation there, - the Head of the Norwegian Delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Siv Mossleth, said at the joint meeting of the three committees, at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s winter session.

According to Siv Mossleth, they condemn the use of brut force against demonstrators, media workers, civil society representatives and the opposition in Georgia.

“We condemn the use of brute force by the police and security forces against demonstrators, media workers, civil society representatives and the opposition in Georgia,” the Norwegian politician noted.
