"Of course, the developments in Georgia are quite concerning, and we will discuss what else can be done," said the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, speaking to journalists in Brussels ahead of the EU Foreign Ministers' meeting.
"We will also discuss the issue of Georgia. Naturally, the situation there is quite alarming, and we will assess what further steps we can take. We have raised the issue of sanctions against those who use violence against peaceful protesters. So far, we have not been able to convince two European countries to agree to this, but we will continue our efforts," Kallas stated.
