Poland deports Georgian citizens

Deportations have begun, we are effectively dismantling Georgian groups, not with words, but with actions, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk writes on his X page.

The Prime Minister attached a video clip to the statement, in which border police escort Georgian illegal migrants to the plane.

According to Polish officials, 17 Georgian citizens were deported from the country on March 5.

“Poland is a very tolerant country, but we will not tolerate any crimes. We do not welcome criminals and they will be deported… regardless of whether it is petty theft, drug trafficking or participation in organized crime,” said Jacek Dobrzyński, a spokesman for the Polish Foreign Ministry.

According to Polish officials, among the Georgian citizens deported on March 5 were men aged 24-58, who were transported for deportation from various parts of Poland.
